Lynetta Children's Home

Lynetta Children's Home

We have also begun to support the Lynetta Children's Home in Madurai, India. Currently, this home has 40 boys living there, most of which have lost their parents and all are from very, poor families.

Besides helping these boys gain their high school diplomas, they also send them to a trade school so they can learn a trade and make a living.

Summer 2007 Update:

After spending time with Reverend Jeyaraj, the founder of Lynetta All Children’s Home in India, he has stayed in touch with us regarding with all the projects and needs there. He is planning to purchase land for a girl’s home, but is still negotiating the price. Their immediate needs are to complete the second floor of the building of the boy’s dorm and then to purchase 40 beds and mattresses. Currently, the first floor is used for sleeping, schooling, eating and recreation. We have sent them a check for $1,200.00 toward these needs.
